How Does Morpheus8 Work?
Morpheus8 can be used on any area that can benefit from subdermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the lower face and neck. Areas of the face and body that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration, or acne scarring are suitable for treatment. Depending on your Morpheus8 treatment regime you can expect to have between 4-6 sessions. Morpheus8 can be used in the same treatment session or a few days after other treatments.

What Is Morpheus8 Treatment Like?
Despite how deeply Morpheus8’s RF energy penetrates into your skin, the procedure itself is tolerable, especially after adequate topical anesthetic. After the application of topical numbing cream, most patients report only mild heat and a pulling sensation. The microneedles are tiny by design, so other than some redness and a sunburn-like feeling for 12-24 hours after treatment, patients do not experience significant discomfort.
Is There Any Downtime?
Very little! Most patients are red for 12-24 hours after the treatment and then have short-lived dry skin that is easily treated with our recommended moisturizer or elastin-building serum. Rarely patients can see micro lesions a day after treatment that heal quickly.
Patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week after the treatment. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad-spectrum sunscreen every day.
Since patient downtime is minimal, makeup can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment.
What Results Can I Expect?
Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically after 3 weeks, the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to 3-6 months after your final treatment. The skin of your lower face and neck is noticeably tighter and smoother, wrinkles are diminished, and you look as young on the outside as you feel on the inside!
