MEREDITH WAGNER, MD

EDUCATION

Dr. Meredith Wagner graduated summa cum laude with honors and was the valedictorian of her class at Florida State University. She then completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Wagner completed her internship in Internal Medicine and Dermatology residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She served as a Chief Resident during her final year of training.

SPECIALIZATION

She has worked in private practice specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic Dermatology, including adult and pediatric care, before joining Levy Dermatology.

PHILOSOPHY

To provide evidence-based and holistic care to all individuals regardless of age, ethnicity, gender identity, or socioeconomic status by establishing a positive, trusting patient/physician relationship.

ACCREDITATIONS

Dr. Wagner is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She served as the Chair of the American Academy of Dermatology Resident and Fellows Committee and currently serves as a member of the American Academy of Dermatology Young Physicians Committee. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is a member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology and the American Medical Association. She is a member of the Skin of Color Society and serves on the patient education committee.
