What is FaceTite?
FaceTite uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to remodel skin, fat, and tissue by stimulating the production of collagen, a protein that helps give skin its structure and support. It also triggers tightening and firming of the subdermal tissue under the skin, lifting and tightening the area. Unlike surface treatments that only reach a few millimeters into the skin, FaceTite uses a tiny probe that directs the energy into the deeper levels of the sub-dermis where the real change happens.
How Does FaceTite Work?
During a FaceTite procedure, your provider will inject numbing to the area and then make very small incisions, so small that they usually require no stitches! The probe or cannula, placed under the skin through these incisions, delivers RF energy into the deeper layers of the skin and dermal tissue.
This energy triggers a remodeling process that stimulates the area to produce new, healthy collagen and also signals the existing skin structure to tighten. This tightening firms and lifts the upper layers of skin, smoothing out lines and wrinkles and enhancing the contours of the face.
